There's going to be an opportunity for these strong operators who have shown great performance coming out of Covid. It’ll be great to see who rises to the top, but I think there are some early indications that there's a handful of operators out there, ones signing new management deals, or new JV deals, they've shown they can perform. It's a testament to the industry.
