I, the undersigned, hereby grant Bridge The Gap (“BTG”) the right and permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance as may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audio recordings, digital images, and interviews taken or made on behalf of BTG.
I agree that BTG may use, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, and publish such materials in perpetuity and in any medium now known or later developed (including print, online, social media, and broadcast) for purposes of promoting, publicizing, or archiving Bridge The Gap content.
I understand and agree that:
- I will not receive compensation for the use of such materials.
- BTG retains all ownership rights to the media.
- I waive any right to inspect or approve finished materials or their use.
- This release is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
